While every reasonable care has been taken in preparing this information, it does not constitute a legally binding agreement or final deed.
All plots and residential units are sold in accordance with sanctioned governmental layouts and subject to formal sale agreements executed directly at our corporate registry office.
2. Site Visit Slot Scheduling & Reservation Policy
Our online slot scheduling engine is built to organize and facilitate personal inspections of model plots and township infrastructure:
- Slot Confirmation: When you reserve a slot, a unique Booking Reference Number (e.g.
SHAB-XXXXXX) is generated and held pending verification. - Verification Call: Our relationship desk will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to re-confirm pickup coordinates and timing.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule or cancel your visit at any time without penalty by contacting your assigned property advisor.
- Fair Use: We reserve the right to release or block duplicate/fraudulent slots to ensure equitable availability for all prospective buyers.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, logos, photography, floor plans, masterplan schematics, and text appearing on this website are the intellectual property of Samsai Habitat. Reproduction, modification, or redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. RERA Compliance & Statutory Approvals
All our developments are planned and executed under relevant municipal and state statutes, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA). Respective RERA registration certificates, sanctioned layouts, and legal title documents are open for inspection during your on-site visit.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to the use of this portal or booking system shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
